Quarterly Reporting

Submission Deadline: May 22, 2026

As part of the Whitehead Innovation Initiative, funded projects are asked to submit a brief quarterly progress report to the Centurion Foundation. These reports are now being requested on a quarterly basis so that Whitehead’s reporting cadence aligns with that of other organizations supported by the Foundation.

The Foundation understands that the pace of scientific research does not always align neatly with a quarterly calendar. You are not expected to report breakthroughs; rather, we simply ask that you share an honest picture of where the work currently stands.

To complete your report, click “Begin” below. You will be asked a set of questions covering Q1 2026 (January–March). Your responses will constitute the report submitted to the Foundation.

The questions are previewed below so you can review them before starting.

Note: Centurion Foundation is currently completing its review of the Whitehead Innovation Initiative’s recent programming and scientific progress reports. We are hopeful that a decision regarding the next installment of funding will follow shortly and will share an update with all participating labs as soon as one is available.
